To answer your inquiry and, where a business relationship follows, to carry out the resulting correspondence. That is our legitimate interest as a trading company (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where an agreement follows, performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is commercially relevant, and no longer than required by accounting and tax law where a transaction took place.
